Here we will show you a quick and simple guide of steps from register till make payment.

- Shopping in the website
- Add to cart the desire item(s)
- Check out the shopping cart
- Check the desired item quantity or other detail
- Click “Checkout now” for your shopping cart
- Fill up shipping information and click “Add new address”
- Choose the payment method
- Apply if ANY promotion/voucher code OR credits OR balance
- Check out order
- Get the order ID
- Make payment
- Inform payment thru call/email/FB inbox

How to make payment?
You will receive an email regarding your order. Make payment to the following account details, and email us the payment receipt (firstname.lastname@example.org).

What if I can't make payment online?
You can do "ATM Manual Transfer". Then, send the receipt to Whatsapp: www.wasap.my/60104210298 to inform regarding your successful payment. Payment details must provide an order ID.
How much is your delivery fees?
Selling Items: Each shipping fee is stated in the item description depending on the vendor
West Malaysia - RM 6- RM 16
East Malaysia - RM 10 - RM 16
When will I receive my purchase?
Under normal circumstance, you will be able to receive your purchase within 1-3 working days .

How can I check the status of my order(s)?
Please check in "MY ACCOUNT" > "ORDER". After your order is posted out, your Order status will change from "Process" to "Complete" with a courier company tracking number attached. ( with link )
Why is the item in my shopping cart out of stock?
Snackysneaky will not guarantee the availability of items until the checkout process is completed with payment.
What can I do if I fail to checkout due to an item being out of stock?
You will have to remove the out of stock items from your cart before proceeding to check out.
How do I return an item?
If you'd like to return or exchange an item, we will do everything we can (within reason).

Can I post 3 photos of 1 photo on my Instagram and get 150 credits?
No. One order only can redeem one instagram credit .
Are my credits transferable to cash?
No. All the voucher cannot transfer to cash or credits.
